ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator, APAC supports recruitment, Early Careers, and talent development initiatives across BGC Group in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and the Philippines. As the TA&D Coordinator, you will help attract, develop, and engage talent across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
- Provide support and coordination on end-to-end recruitment across Front, Middle and Back Office hirings in APAC.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Prepare requisitions and offer approval via Oracle HCM.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and documentation.
- Work with HR teams and external agencies to support hiring activities across the region.
- Prepare TA&D data for the quarterly metrics report with UK & US team.
- Assist with the management of recruitment agency relationships and the Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
Early Careers
- Coordinate and support APAC Early Careers initiatives, including work experience programs, campus recruitment, career fairs and Insight Days.
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent pipeline development.
- Coordinate career fair logistics, promotional materials and candidate engagement activities.
Talent Development, Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate learning and development programs across APAC.
- Liaise with external vendors on the logistics to deliver virtual and in-person training programs.
- Support the APAC performance management cycle through system testing, employee and manager communications, completion tracking and query escalation.
- Support talent development initiatives and regional HR projects when and if necessary.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Prior experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), learning & development or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, willing to learn and committed to continuous improvement.
- Experience coordinating across multiple countries, time zones, and stakeholders would be advantageous.
