Job summary

REAP Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Recruiter on a 6-month contract to own screening and coordination for a high-volume fintech hiring push. This hands-on role is ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented who wants to build a recruiting career in a fast-moving APAC team.

You will source candidates across global platforms and perform first-round screens, coordinate across time zones, manage ATS data in Teamtailor, and keep the process moving smoothly while reporting to the Talent

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, sourcing, or admin-heavy role — strong internship or graduate experience considered.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or search.
• Comfortable doing first-round candidate screens.

Responsibilities

• Source high quality talents across global platforms and send initial outreaches under Talent Partner direction.
• Conduct first-round screens and summarise candidates clearly for Talent Partners.
• Own interview scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Post and manage job advertisements across channels.
• Manage ATS day to day - data entry, updating candidate stages, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and logging activity.
• Pull basic reports from Teamtailor to support Talent Partners and the Chief People Officer.
