Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Quality Manager for Helmets & Goggles to lead supplier quality and product integrity globally. You will drive quality strategy, collaborate with R&D and Sourcing, and manage supplier audits across Asia with regular travel.

The role requires strong technical helmet knowledge and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced, safety‑minded environment. You will mentor a small team, align with Corporate Quality, and ensure durability, safety and performance standards are

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of quality management experience in protective headgear.
• Deep technical knowledge of helmet construction and materials.
• Strong supplier management in Asia with certification experience.
• Solid QA capabilities: risk assessment, validation and monitoring.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Business-fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality strategies for helmet categories.
• Work with R&D to support new developments and supplier readiness.
• Audit suppliers and define mitigation strategies for risk.
• Monitor material quality; ensure testing and audits meet standards.
• Oversee supplier performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Visit factories to evaluate processes and quality systems.
• Communicate status, risks and actions to leadership.
