Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Quality Manager– Footwear & Protections in Hong Kong to lead supplier quality and product integrity across footwear and protective gear. You will manage a small team and collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing and Corporate Quality to uphold global standards.

The role involves frequent travel across Asia, audits, risk assessments and driving continuous improvement with suppliers to ensure durable, high‑performance products meet Alpinestars’ requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of quality management experience in technical footwear or protective equipment.
• Strong knowledge of footwear constructions, materials and component performance.
• Proven supplier quality experience in Asia with audits and CAPs.
• English fluent; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality strategies across development and production.
• Support R&D with feasibility validation and supplier readiness.
• Oversee supplier quality audits, CAPs and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead and mentor the quality team and third parties.
