Job summary

Infinity Global in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead the quality management program across packaging development, sourcing, manufacturing and supplier networks.

You will own non-conformances investigations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer specs. Travel across China, India, Mexico and Europe is expected.

This role partners with stakeholders and mentors the quality team to deliver reliable products and protect brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Senior quality role with ownership of outcomes.
• Native-level Mandarin and excellent English required.
• 10+ years in quality with 5+ years in leadership.
• Degree in quality, engineering, materials, or related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently across China, India, Mexico & Europe.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and supplier quality improvements.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive quality processes across the organisation to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis of quality issues with clear accountability.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the quality team and promote a culture of excellence.
• Manage supplier quality activities including audits, approvals and corrective actions.
• Oversee AQL inspection plans and third-party inspections.
