Job summary

PineSearch Consulting is partnering with an international Private Wealth Management firm to recruit an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in Hong Kong. The ARM will support Relationship Managers in delivering high‑quality client service, execute banking and investment transactions, manage KYC, and help ensure AML compliance.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 5–8 years of private banking experience, with strong communication and analytical skills and

Job description

We are partnering with an international Private Wealth Managment for Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in various of markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist RMs in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Execute a range of banking and investment transactions (e.g., equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivative products, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits and loans) for clients
• Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Prepare and process client documentation, including account opening, KYC, and due diligence checks
• Monitor and track client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of client instructions
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing materials for client meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial spreadsheets
• Act as a backup for RMs during their absence, ensuring continuity of service
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures, including AML and risk management guidelines

Role Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the private banking sector
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including foreign exchange, bonds, equities, and derivatives
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
