Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager to support its Private Banking team. The role focuses on delivering tailored wealth management solutions and exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

You will handle onboarding, KYC/AML checks, account openings, remittances and post-trade documentation, coordinating with operations, compliance, credit and investment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or premier banking.
• Sound knowledge of wealth management products and private banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers servicing high-net-worth clients.
• Execute client instructions: account opening, maintenance, remittances, investment orders, and post-trade docs.
• Assist onboarding with KYC/AML, documentation collection, and compliance checks.
• Handle credit-related matters such as limit applications, renewals, and settlement monitoring.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, credit, and investment teams to ensure seamless service.
