All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Director of Trade Services & Operations for a leading international bank. You will head the trade services function, ensure accurate, well-controlled trade finance processing, and drive digital transformation including core banking system migration.

You will manage a large professional team and collaborate with Management, Relationship Managers, product teams and outsourcing partners to plan and deliver enhancement goals in line with the Bank's

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• CDCS certification is required.
• Certified Banker (HKIB) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily trade finance operations, including L/C issuance, advising, confirmation and transfer, import/export document checking, financing, collections, settlement and reporting.
• Set goals and coach the team, driving efficiency initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead the move to new core banking systems and digital platforms with minimal disruption, and drive adoption of digital tools and automation.
• Oversee outsourcing partners to ensure service standards, controls and risk management.
• Act as escalation point for complex client matters, advising front office and product teams to support opportunities.
• Strengthen internal controls to comply with regulatory requirements and report incidents promptly.
