Job summary

Guidepost Global Education (GGE) is seeking a proactive People Operations Officer/Assistant to drive talent acquisition across Hong Kong, Bali, Australia, and Singapore. You will work with hiring managers and school teams to fill teaching and non-teaching roles and ensure smooth recruitment processes.

The role expands into broader people operations with a focus on coordination, data integrity, and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or people operations is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for vacancies across multiple regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand local needs and timelines.
• Engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, and referrals.
• Support onboarding and HR administration activities for new hires.
• Assist with payroll, MPF, and benefits administration where applicable.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support planning.
