Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support daily HR functions and recruiting. This blended role improves the employee experience by organizing processes, onboarding, and data integrity across systems.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and global teams to deliver a smooth candidate journey, maintain compliance, and drive efficient HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources coordination.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data handling requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset for candidate experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding/preboarding with Hiring Managers and IT.
• Support HR operations queries from employees and managers.
• Lead recruitment coordination and interview scheduling across locations.
• Improve processes and automate workflows using Airtable.
