Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a People Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support daily HR and recruiting operations across multiple regions. You will help organize onboarding, manage data in key HR systems, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

The role emphasizes a high-touch, 'white glove' experience for new hires and candidates, partnering with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams. You will also help standardize processes, run HR reporting, and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Recruiting/People Operations experience.
• Experience in international environments.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data handling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset for employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (Airtable, HCM).
• Manage onboarding and preboarding for new hires.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data security standards.
• Support HR data reviews and reporting to resolve data discrepancies.
