Starshine Future Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Global Operations professional to oversee the corporate lifecycle, compliance maintenance, and operational efficiency of overseas entities and credit licenses across Latin America and Europe. You will coordinate between local service providers and internal teams to ensure robust, cost-effective operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in global operations or governance, English fluency, and strong vendor management.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in global corporate operations, cross-border business management, corporate governance, or legal/compliance operations
• Business fluency in English capable of leading cross-border communications, contract reviews, and negotiations
• Spanish/Portuguese is a strong plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

Global Operations (Specialist / Lead / Manager)

Global Operations professional to oversee the corporate lifecycle, compliance maintenance, and operational efficiency of overseas entities and credit licenses across Latin America and Europe (e.g., Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, and Spain). You will act as the operational bridge between local service providers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring robust, cost-effective, and compliant global operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations, annual filings, local corporate governance, and licensing maintenance for all overseas entities

Manage local service providers (law firms, accounting firms, corporate secretarial agencies) to optimize service quality and control costs

Audit and streamline monthly entity maintenance costs (agency fees, government tariffs) to enhance overall financial efficiency

Handle user complaints, regulatory inquiries, and coordinate cross-border compliance workflows (such as AML/KYC and data privacy) with local advisors

About you

3–5 years in global corporate operations, cross-border business management, corporate governance, or legal/compliance operations
