Job summary

Vuly Play, a globally recognised leader in outdoor play equipment, seeks an executive Head of Global Operations to provide strategic leadership over our international footprint. Reporting to the COO, you will guide a multi‑site team of ROMs, drive inventory planning, 3PL warehousing, fulfilment, freight, installation, systems, and customer experience to deliver consistent performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive operational leadership across multi-site warehousing and global freight.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, FMS and inventory management platforms.
• Strong track record negotiating 3PL and carrier contracts and auditing performance.
• Experience managing P&L and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach regional operations managers across inventory, 3PL, fulfilment, freight, and customer experience.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement SOPs.
• Oversee ERP/WMS integration and freight network optimization.
• Audit margins and negotiate contracts to protect profitability.
• Escalation point for major disruptions with COO/CEO.
