Job summary

Hypebeast is seeking a strategic operational leader to oversee global commercial operations, eliminating friction and optimizing end-to-end workflows across sales, account management and creative production.

You will own data integrity, reporting, dashboards and revenue forecasting while partnering with finance, product and production to drive scalable solutions. This high‑autonomy role reports to the SVP of Commercial and requires strong stakeholder management across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong data literacy: interrogate data across systems and structure information for reporting.
• Fluent English essential; additional Asian languages a plus.
• Experience in Revenue/Sales/Commercial Operations or similar cross‑functional role.
• Familiarity with dashboarding/BI tools and ability to specify/iterate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Data & Reporting: Build a single source of truth for data across sales, finance and production.
• Dashboards & Insights: Own executive scorecards showing pipeline health, revenue attainment, and margin.
• Revenue Forecasting: Consolidate forecasts and provide monthly/quarterly trajectory views.
• Systems & Data Governance: Maintain CRM hygiene and data tagging standards.
• Workflow & Process: Streamline approvals, vendor payments, IO bookings and invoicing.
• Commercial Enablement: Manage asset library and prep client newsletters and collateral.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Align commercial needs with tech and product teams.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Flag risks and opportunities with recommended actions.
