Job summary

Medicom Inc. (Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned network security engineer to own critical infrastructure and drive secure, scalable solutions across global projects.

The role requires hands-on Fortinet expertise (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiLink), strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to coordinate with teams across regions. After-hours maintenance and incident response are included.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in information technology, computer networking, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant professional training in enterprise networking, network security, routing and switching, wireless infrastructure, or cloud networking.
• Fortinet product experience and security-focused networking skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work planned after-hours maintenance and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Design secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions.
• Lead fault isolation and incident response with structured RCAs.
• Coordinate maintenance and upgrades including firmware updates.
• Collaborate with Global IT and regional teams across English and Chinese-speaking regions.
