Qualifications

• Experience in selling outbound group travel to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales strategies to secure high‑value outbound corporate accounts, including overseas incentive trips, regional conferences, annual company retreats, and full resort buyouts.
• Build and maintain strong commercial partnerships with Hong Kong-based corporate travel management companies (TMCs), outbound MICE travel agencies, and direct enterprise corporate bookers.
• Develop creative, customized all-inclusive outbound event itineraries and commercial proposals, presenting persuasive pitches to C-suite executives, HR heads, and procurement directors.
• Collaborate closely with overseas resort teams, airlines, and local ground handlers to ensure flawless logistics, smooth guest arrivals, and tailored corporate group itineraries.
• Conduct overseas site inspections, lead client familiarization (fam) trips, and provide on-ground host support at international resort destinations during major outbound group stays.
