Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in banking/finance with 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in driving growth, hitting targets, and leading large teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• HKMA Type 1 and 4 licensed; TMA affiliation preferred.
