Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) Hong Kong is seeking a Global Markets Operations professional to provide end-to-end support for FX, derivatives, and fixed income. The role covers trade reporting, reconciliation, settlement, and regulatory reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy and control.

The candidate should have a degree in business/finance, at least 3 years in Global Markets operations, and strong knowledge of market infrastructure, SWIFT, RTGS, and ISDA/CSA/GMRA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, finance, commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in related field.
• Hands-on experience with Global Markets Operations processes.
• Solid understanding of regulations, market infrastructure, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for Global Markets products including FX, Money Market, Derivatives and more.
• Ensure timely daily submission of OTC derivatives trade reporting to HKMA and liaise with counterparties.
• Prepare and submit regulatory and management reports and consolidate funding movements.
• Perform reconciliation for nostro/suspense accounts and settlement processing.
• Monitor AML alerts and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
