Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, retail management, or related field.
• 5–7 years retail training experience, including instructional design and delivery.
• At least 2 years of luxury retail exposure is preferred.
• Certifications in Learning & Development or coaching are highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Cantonese & English fluency; Mandarin a plus.

• Design and deliver prioritized retail training programs aligned with sales objectives.
• Develop onboarding, product launch modules, and refresher courses.
• Instill heritage storytelling and elevate client experience and clienteling.
• Plan annual training strategy and budget; localize content and materials.
