Job summary

Studio Amal Limited is seeking a driven Project Manager to bridge design vision and on-site execution for luxury residential and hospitality spaces in Hong Kong. You will oversee procurement through installation, coordinating with designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional English communication; Cantonese is essential and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Cantonese is essential, and Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 15 days of annual leave.
• Exposure to high-end residential and hospitality design, with opportunities for overseas travel and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project coordination, from sourcing and purchasing materials and FFE to final installation
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery
• Coordinate on-site works, ensuring timelines, quality, and design intent are consistently met
• Travel overseas as needed for project-related work or sourcing trips
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple project timelines
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout each project phase
