Qualifications

• 5+ years institutional sales experience in Hong Kong.
• Deep knowledge of local market infrastructure and foreign institutional workflows.
• SFC licenses a strong plus.
• Established access to senior decision-makers at top foreign institutions.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage top global foreign institutional clients in Hong Kong.
• Own full-spectrum client coverage: fixed income, derivatives, cross-border trading and structured products.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution: onboarding, negotiation, project delivery and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global internal teams to execute cross-border business.
