Confidential is seeking a senior marketing and distribution leader to build and run the overseas fundraising effort from Hong Kong. You will own the offshore fundraising agenda end to end, engage institutional allocators directly, and shape the firm's cross-border distribution infrastructure.

You will manage relationships with distributors and private banks across offshore markets, originate mandates, and serve as senior contact for key clients with bespoke solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in institutional fundraising / distribution with a record of large closes.
• Deep knowledge of offshore distribution models and onboarding requirements.
• Established access to sovereign wealth funds, pensions and family offices.
• Bachelor's degree; SFC licence considered a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own overseas fundraising strategy and targets for institutional allocators.
• Develop relationships with distributors and private bank platforms offshore.
• Build network of prime brokers and financing counterparties.
• Originate new mandates and act as senior point of contact for clients.
• Represent the firm at conferences and client events; convey market developments.
• Lead a small HK-based team and coordinate with compliance and operations.
