Job summary

Glory Family Heritage seeks an immigration documents specialist to independently manage end-to-end preparation for US, European, and Caribbean programs, liaising with overseas attorneys and project partners to advance outcomes. You will guide clients, review submissions for accuracy, and ensure compliance with authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, English, International Business, or related fields
• Experience in immigration documentation or case management; hands-on experience with US or European immigration programs is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and excellent English reading and writing skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility and patient, detail-oriented client service
• Familiarity with notarization, authentication, and consular legalization procedures is preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in preparing immigration materials, reviewing submissions for logical consistency and completeness in accordance with immigration authority requirements
• Process, translate-review, and archive client documentation, and continuously follow up on application progress and requests for additional evidence
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with the sales team, project department, and overseas project partners, ensuring efficient case workflow
• Manage case progress and document management systems, regularly updating case status to ensure timely submissions and compliant archiving
• Monitor immigration policy and regulatory changes across jurisdictions, updating documentation standards and operational procedures accordingly
