Job summary

Fragomen Hong Kong is currently seeking a Business Immigration Consultant to join our established Hong Kong office. This is a great opportunity to join a global business and develop your career in immigration.

You will manage end-to-end inbound visa applications, liaise with clients and the Immigration Department, perform immigration research, and maintain strong client relationships. Hybrid working arrangements are available; the role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in immigration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Law, Legal Services, Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience in immigration, client service support, project coordination or administration; HK immigration experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with English and Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Candidates with more/less experience will be considered for other levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Hong Kong inbound visa application process, including preparation and filing of visa applications, liaising with clients and the Immigration Department, following up on application status and providing timely updates to our clients.
• Immigration research as well as research information from different sources.
• Provide high level of client services and maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining a full caseload in an organised and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines.
• Regularly review cases and pipelines for corporate clients.
• Manage our case management system and client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.

As a Business Immigration Consultant, You Will
