Job description

This role is responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy and execution of the company's immigration business. It covers the end-to-end chain from project sourcing, knowledge base development, and channel development through to direct high-net-worth client conversion — serving as the core hub connecting "immigration products" with the "target market."

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for immigration projects — from project sourcing, market positioning, and channel development through to client conversion — covering immigration programs of interest to high-net-worth clients, including US (EB-5), Australia, Singapore (EP, PIC, Family Office), European Golden Visas (Portugal, Greece, Spain, Malta), and Caribbean Citizenship by Investment programs (St. Kitts, Grenada, Antigua, Dominica, etc.);
  • Develop and maintain immigration project partnership channels, including overseas law firms, project providers, and government-authorized agents; ensure project information accuracy and timeliness, and track application progress and key milestones;
  • Build and continuously refine the immigration project knowledge base; systematically organize project materials, refine sales propositions, and package projects for target client segmentation;
  • Liaise with designated wealth managers and relationship managers to empower internal sales channels, providing immigration product training, sales tools, and project support to jointly serve high-net-worth client segments;
  • Directly engage in immigration consultations and identity planning solution design for high-net-worth clients, addressing their family asset allocation, children's education, and global asset positioning needs, and driving client conversion and contract signing;
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including client roadshows, identity planning salons, and industry events, representing the company in project presentations to enhance brand influence and conversion rates;
  • Track and interpret global immigration policy updates, monitor the competitive landscape, conduct market research and analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing the company's immigration business strategy;
  • Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure smooth post-sale service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), preferably in immigration consulting, international law, international business, marketing, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the immigration consulting industry; candidates with dual experience in project management and business development are highly preferred;
  • Familiarity with at least 2 mainstream immigration programs; hands-on case experience is highly preferred;
  • Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills, with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, capable of independently managing the full-cycle conversion of high-net-worth clients;
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and excellent English (written and spoken) – required for liaison with overseas law firms and project partners;
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth client service standards, with strong client privacy awareness and professional ethics;
  • Strong learning ability, high sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills;
  • Experience in wealth management, family office, or private banking is highly preferred.
