Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a senior operations/COO leader to own and transform the HNW operating model across multiple hubs. You will manage end-to-end governance, policy administration and client servicing while driving platform delivery and automation.

The role requires building scalable, compliant cross-market operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and Dubai, with a focus on strategic enablement and stakeholder alignment at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Senior operations, COO or transformation leadership experience in life insurance
• Experience in HNW/UHNW wealth management
• Experience building multi-hub operating models across jurisdictions
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory expectations across markets
• Experience delivering technology platforms with automation and straight-through processing

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build and continuous improvement of the target operating model across all HNW hubs
• Oversee the underwriting, new business and case management flow across hubs with governance standards
• Ensure accurate policy administration, client servicing and post-issue servicing across jurisdictions
• Embed day-to-day compliance and financial controls within HNW operations
• Drive delivery of a single HNW technology platform, data quality and straight-through processing
• Lead a multi-hub operating team across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and Dubai
