Qualifications

• 15+ years in life insurance underwriting with significant HNW/UHNW exposure.
• Experience in regional or global leadership roles.
• Strong governance, risk, and portfolio-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the global HNW underwriting strategy and operating plan.
• Lead complex, jumbo and cross-border cases with senior oversight.
• Develop a high-performing, globally distributed underwriting team and governance forums.
