King Deux Search & Consulting Limited is seeking a Head of Operations & Finance for a global L/S hedge fund. You will oversee fund operations, finance, and compliance in Greater China, reporting to senior partners.

You will manage trade cycles, reconciliations, and reporting, liaise with custodians and professionals, and implement internal controls. Fluent English and Mandarin are essential, with 7+ years in asset management operations.

Formación

• Fluent English and Mandarin required for daily communication and reporting.
• Experience in asset management or hedge funds is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a global perspective.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations, finance and compliance functions for the firm in Greater China.
• Lead and develop a team, liaise with custodians, fund administrators, accountants and lawyers.
• Manage fund operations including trade cycle, accounting, data management and reporting.
• Perform due diligence on underlying managers and assess operational efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and update internal control policies and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Prepare and manage company accounts and regulatory filings.
• Run daily trade cycles across US and Asian markets and reconcile positions with prime brokers.
• Maintain positions in the portfolio management system and process corporate actions.
• Execute trades and manage feeds via Bloomberg.
• Produce risk reports and management accounts for senior partners.
