Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting, a specialised executive search firm, is seeking a Chief Operations / Business Officer to oversee operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Dubai. You will work with C-suite leaders to drive business development, product roadmaps, and fundraising across global LPs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in asset management operations, holds an ORR4/9, and can coordinate across Asia Pacific and Middle East markets with English and Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in an asset management company or similar.
• Unconditional Responsible Officer 4,9 qualification.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations for asset management clients.
• Global entrepreneurship mindset with ability to operate across Asia Pacific and MENA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm’s operations, finance and compliance across Asia Pacific and report to senior partners.
• Support CEO in business development and product development roadmap.
• Drive fundraising and investor relations to win mandates from global LPs such as endowments and pension funds.
