Chubb Life Asia Services Limited seeks a senior analytics leader to build and run the Analytics function globally, overseeing data science, predictive modelling, scoring, cognitive use case design, and business intelligence across eight Asian markets.

The role owns the full model lifecycle, governance, and a capability-building program, mentoring data scientists and ML engineers while ensuring responsible AI standards and scalable analytics delivery.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in data science or quantitative research with leadership
• Insurance industry experience is critical
• Deep expertise in statistical modelling and ML methods including NLP and deep learning
• Production track record: models built, validated, and deployed at scale
• Experience designing the analytical intelligence layer for GenAI/cognitive AI applications
• Strong command of Python and related ML stack

Responsabilités

• Build production-grade ML and statistical models across core insurance domains
• Define modelling methodology, feature engineering standards, and model validation frameworks
• Own the full model development lifecycle from hypothesis to deployment
• Oversee GenAI/cognitive AI design and application development
• Govern the BI and descriptive analytics layer with trusted insights
• Lead cross-functional analytics across Distribution, Actuarial, Customer and Operations
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers; develop talent pipelines
• Establish governance, standards, and responsible AI practices
