Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a highly technical Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead the design, development, and deployment of ML and AI solutions across the business. You will own end-to-end predictive modeling, AI applications, and MLOps practices in collaboration with data, engineering, and business teams.

You'll drive impact on customer growth, retention, distribution efficiency, and marketing optimization by translating business challenges into scalable analytics and AI initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering).
• 8-10+ years in data science or analytics with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on with Python ML libraries; strong understanding of ML lifecycle and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and deploy predictive and ML models to support growth, retention, and marketing optimization.
• Build advanced analytical solutions including propensity models, churn prediction, and LTV models.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and establish MLOps practices.
