Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end fund operational processes including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, payments, and bank admin.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and documentation across operations.
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams for smooth execution of fund matters.
Address operational issues and exceptions promptly with structured follow-up.
Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, nominees, brokers, and external auditors.
