Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager to ensure brand vision is consistently communicated across store environments by overseeing the design, documentation, and execution of development projects.

This role bridges creative design standards with operational requirements, managing project files, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that construction and finishes meet corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Architecture/Interior Firms or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Release 2002 minimum. Ability to produce plan, elevations and construction documents as required per project specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Organized and accurate record keeping skill
• Ability to self manage to meet required deadlines
• Problem solver for design, logistics with good diplomacy

Responsibilities

• Communicate Company's brand vision in store/shop environments by maintaining design standards tailored to each market.
• Inspect project documentation to approved location plans and identify discrepancies.
• Review planned sales information (capacity, size, budget) against proposal.
• Design and review of the Shop in AutoCAD. Compilation and issuance of the design proposal package.
• Review of drawings and finish samples - construction and millwork to meet design guidelines.
• Review of project with decorative coordinator for ordering and follow up.
• Maintain project files and follow up to finalize file content
