Job summary

Starshine Future Limited seeks a Financial Reporting & Operations Specialist to maintain ledgers and manage month-end closings for onshore and offshore projects. You will consolidate data, prepare project P&L, balance sheets, and internal reports with strong accuracy and auditable records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial accounting, management reporting, auditing, tax, or related roles.
• Familiarity with ledger management and month-end closing; revenue/cost recognition and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting ledgers and manage month-end closing for onshore and offshore entities and projects.
• Consolidate and reconcile financial data across entities; prepare project P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Review accounting treatments for revenue, costs, AP/AR, and fund flows to ensure auditable data.
• Reconcile operational ledgers, system data, bank statements and GL accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with group report consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and annual audit preparation.
• Collaborate with overseas accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and secretaries across regions on filings.
• Support establishment of new overseas entities/projects with documentation and timelines.
• Work with business, operations, treasury and tech teams to optimize reporting and workflows.
