Job summary

STAR HOUSE INVESTMENTS LIMITED is seeking an experienced accounting clerk to join our finance team in Hong Kong. You will handle data entry and bookkeeping, prepare payments and monthly expense files, and support month-end closing activities such as cashflow summaries and account reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of accounting experience, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with MYOB; knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus, and fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MYOB.
• Experience in equities investing is a plus; Bloomberg knowledge helpful.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare payments and monthly expenses file.
• Assist in month-end closing activities (cashflow summaries, account reconciliations, and verifications; prepare accounting schedules).
• Support data management of corporate product information.
