Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Officer for a listed holding company. You will handle journal entries, maintain ledgers, and support monthly and year-end closings while assisting with regular financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, with 1–3+ years of experience, GAAP knowledge, and bilingual English/Chinese. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries and maintain AP/AR ledgers.
• Prepare regular financial statements and assist with closings.
• Monitor bank transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Support audits, tax filings and internal controls.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.
