Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance integration for nine entities across Hong Kong and key regions, owning the carve-out, opening balance sheet, and go-live activities. The role combines hands-on accounting, team leadership of 4 FTEs, and cross-functional governance to ensure a smooth TSA exit.

You will oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, reporting, and liaison with local providers and auditors, building a scalable operating model to support future acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• MBA or CFA/CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with >8 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance integration and TSA governance across nine entities.
• Open balance sheet preparation and data validation for cutover.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting and financial control pre- and post-TSA exit.
• Manage relationships with local compliance providers and external auditors.
• Provide training and development for the future finance team.
• Hands-on accounting and detailed finance work as needed.
