Job summary

China Aircraft Leasing Limited is seeking a seasoned Accounting Business Partner to provide financial insights, performance tracking, and decision support to business units across HK, PRC and overseas offices. The role oversees group finance functions including consolidation, reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in both big 4 audit firm and commercial environment gained from HK listed companies.
• Hong Kong IPO Experience is a must.
• Extensive experience in group consolidation, financial planning and analysis is required.
• Proven experience in leading a team, with strong people management and coaching skills.
• Hands-on, mature, credible and diplomatic, with a proactive mindset, strong business acumen and the gravitas required at this level.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), with ERP experience and solid IT knowledge.
• Experience in aircraft industry and/or lessor accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as Accounting Business Partner to provide financial insights, performance tracking, and decision support to business units.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support group growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide strategic financial advice and decision support to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate group financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives with financial expertise.
• Lead annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, including preparation of audited and reviewed financial requirements; and
• Perform ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.
