Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited, a well-known international MNC, seeks a high-caliber Finance leader to support and lead group finance functions across the region. The role focuses on consolidation, reporting, controls, audits, and finance transformation.

You will drive monthly group consolidation, manage regular group reporting, strengthen internal controls, oversee annual audits, and participate in transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, process reengineering, and BI adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA is required.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience; Big 4 and in-house background is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and SOX.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly group consolidation for global businesses.
• Manage the Regular Group Reporting.
• Improve the Internal Control and implement best practice to local finance.
• Manage the annual audit.
• Support group overall finance transformation initiatives (system upgrade, process reengineering, BI usage etc).
• Support ad hoc business initiatives like M&A, etc.
