Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Rates or FX sales with international clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNY/CNH and HKD interest rate and FX products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Rates and FX.
• Execute desk strategy to onboard international accounts.
• Generate market insights and trade ideas with the trading desk.
• Link clients with traders and provide feedback on sentiment and flows.
• Lead client onboarding from a sales perspective.
