OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a senior FX/Rates Macro Financial Institutional Sales leader to drive strategy, growth, and execution across FX, rates, and macro solutions for institutional clients. You will partner with trading, structuring, and research to deliver holistic solutions and deepen the bank’s footprint.

The role requires extensive experience in macro sales and leadership, with a focus on client relationships, pricing, and cross-asset collaboration in a dynamic market

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in macro sales, trading, structuring, or research.
• Proven track record leading front-office teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong client-facing skills with strategic client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Set and drive the FX/Rates Macro Sales strategy, revenue growth, and product expansion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing front-office team with strong product and client focus.
• Oversee pricing, liquidity, and market color delivery with cross-asset collaboration.
• Drive digital transformation, e-Trading enhancements, and platform capabilities.
• Ensure governance, risk, and conduct across the organization; collaborate with legal and compliance.
