Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Hong Kong is seeking a Chief Distribution Officer to lead the development and execution of the distribution strategy for Global Health Benefits, LIH, GIH and other Commercial lines. You will drive a One Cigna approach across business lines, manage external relationships, and build a high-performing distribution organization to achieve profitable growth and market leadership.

The role requires deep knowledge of the IPMI market, broker networks, DTC and telemarketing channels,

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of senior-level business development, marketing and/or sales channel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Hong Kong distribution strategy and commercial performance with accountability for profitable growth across GHB, LIH and GIH.
• Lead all major distribution channels—broker sales, client management, telemarketing, DTC—and drive a coherent One Cigna approach.
• Accelerate GHB growth through stronger sales discipline and market coverage across the portfolio.
• Transform and scale Individual Health by rebuilding broker production and capabilities for sustained growth.
• Modernise DTC and telemarketing performance, improving lead quality, speed and conversion.
• Build new routes to market including affinity partnerships and digital platforms.
• Strengthen governance with clear targets and actionable management information.
• Create a high-performing distribution organisation and develop future leaders.
• Represent Cigna Hong Kong with brokers, clients and partners across departments to turn opportunities into profitable execution.
