Job summary

DWS, a leading global asset management firm, invites applications for the 2027 DWS Graduate Program (P.A.C.E.) in Hong Kong SAR. The two‑year program begins with onsite onboarding in Frankfurt and includes rotations in Hong Kong, with mentorship and hands‑on learning.

As part of the Communications, Brand & CSR team, you will support media relations, content, events, and internal/external communications across APAC.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 in relevant disciplines
• Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience
• Excellent written and spoken English with fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Team player with communication, project management, and multitasking skills
• Creative thinker willing to work across global teams and time zones
• Basic knowledge of HK and APAC media landscape and financial products
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Interest in AI-related projects and digital communications

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute media relations activities for corporate, product, and HR topics
• Coordinate media requests with journalists and PR agencies
• Assist in organizing media events and corporate/client events
• Serve as go-to contact for internal stakeholders in APAC
• Produce content for external and internal communications across APAC
• Utilize AI tools for media monitoring and research
• Collaborate with Global Communications to implement APAC brand positioning
