Job summary

DWS is seeking a new graduate for its Communications, Brand & CSR team in Hong Kong. You will support media relations, content creation, and internal/external communications across APAC.

You’ll collaborate with global teams and leverage AI tools to monitor media coverage. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or related fields, strong English and Chinese language skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced asset management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation, Linguistics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proactive, creative, and able to collaborate across APAC teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations activities on corporate, product, business, and HR topics.
• Coordinate media requests with journalists and PR agencies.
• Organize virtual and in-person media events and corporate/client activities.
• Serve as a go-to contact for internal APAC stakeholders across regions.
