Job summary

DWS in Hong Kong SAR invites ambitious graduates for the 2027 DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program in Investment. The two-year program begins with onboarding in Frankfurt, then rotations in Hong Kong to apply training and grow within a global asset management environment.

As a P.A.C.E. participant you will collaborate with diverse teams, perform investment analytics, and participate in market research while developing technical and leadership skills within the firm’s global network.

Qualifications

• Must be graduated or on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
• Available to start on 6 September 2027.
• Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day participating in rotation assignments across Investment teams.
• Assist portfolio analysis and market research in assigned divisions.
• Support implementation of investment ideas in collaboration with managers.
• Contribute to thought leadership, content and marketing materials.
• Engage with client coverage and cross-team discussions on opportunities.
