Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong leads a global transformation to standardize commercial processes, data standards, and governance across markets. You will drive data-led insights, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to support decision-making and performance across the organization.

The role partners with senior leaders in Commercial, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable operating models and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business transformation, commercial excellence, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Experience supporting FMCG or multi-market consumer organizations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of commercial functions including customer management, pricing, trade promotion, sales operations, and analytics.
• Experience defining global process standards and governance models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global commercial processes and data standards.
• Define and implement scalable operating models balancing global standardization with local needs.
• Establish governance frameworks for cross-market consistency.
• Evaluate and manage justified business exceptions with discipline and control.
• Own the commercial data domain: data standards, rules, KPI definitions, governance.
• Drive data quality, reporting consistency, and analytics capabilities for decision-making.
• Partner with business and technology teams to enable digital transformation, automation, and AI use cases.
• Develop performance measures to track process effectiveness and value realization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and regional leaders.
• Facilitate executive discussions, alignment workshops, and cross-functional decision-making forums.
• Drive adoption of new processes and capabilities through change management.
• Establish best practices, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing across markets.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
