China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced professional to develop and implement overseas sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and local agents, with focus on expanding market coverage.

You will build a localized distribution network, manage overseas partners, conduct market research in Indonesia and Central Asia, and lead a channel development team to achieve sales targets and brand localization.

Competenze

• 8+ years hands-on experience in overseas retail, distribution, or channel development.
• Familiarity with Indonesia and Central Asia markets is preferred.
• Strong overseas distributor, agent, or local channel resources.
• Experience in import/export trade and cross-border business operations.
• Familiar with overseas market development, business negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Willing to travel frequently or be stationed overseas for market research and business development.

• Develop and implement overseas sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and local agents.
• Build a localized distribution network and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research in target markets, especially Indonesia and Central Asia, covering industry trends, competitors, consumer needs, and market size.

• Lead and manage the channel development team, while supporting overseas brand localization and promotion.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
