Job summary

SBI China Capital Holdings Limited, based in Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President for Global Capital Markets / ECM to support transactions, investor engagement and roadshows. The role emphasizes coordination across analysts, clients, and internal teams to drive execution of fundraising and equity initiatives.

The candidate will prepare pitch books, financial analyses, and market research, while maintaining strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Senior Associate: 2–3 years of relevant experience in ECM, corporate finance, corporate access, investor relations, equity research, equity sales or related areas.
• Assistant Vice President: 3–5 years of relevant experience, with stronger transaction execution, client coordination or investor engagement exposure.
• Good understanding of capital markets, listed companies and institutional investors.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SFC licence or eligibility to be licensed.

Responsibilities

• Support GCM / ECM transactions, roadshows, fundraising activities and investor engagement.
• Coordinate analyst meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, expert calls and corporate access events.
• Arrange due diligence meetings, company visits and management meetings.
• Prepare pitch books, presentation materials, financial analysis, market research and transaction-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, investors, professional parties and internal teams to support project execution.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
