Sidley Austin (Hong Kong) is seeking motivated individuals to support marketing and business development efforts within a premier global law firm. This role covers event support, client gift sourcing and inventory management, and various administrative projects.

You will collaborate with our global teams, assist in preparing pitching materials (formatting and graphics), coordinate with reprographics for printing, and help with logistics tied to pitches and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Marketing General event support
• Client gift sourcing and inventory management
• Administrative and other projects as assigned
• Business Development
• Manage electronic filing of prospectus and communicate with relevant global team members
• Assist in pitching materials (formatting/graphic)
• Coordinate with reprographics team on printing requirements
• Assist with pitch-related logistics – printing, label making, packaging and etc.
• Administrative and other projects as assigned
