Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is seeking a Business Development Executive for an international law firm in Hong Kong. The role supports the Hong Kong Marketing & Business Development team and fee earners, handling high-profile events, directory submissions, and market research to drive strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include end-to-end proposal support, pitch analysis, and creating sales collateral while coordinating across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Law, Business or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or BD in an international law firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end proposal support, including drafting, reviewing, and editing bids, with pricing alignment and brand consistency.
• Manage high-profile client events end-to-end, including logistics and budgeting.
• Coordinate with translation teams to review Chinese content and ensure messaging consistency.
• Draft and manage submissions for legal directories, awards, and league tables with BD teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to support strategic campaigns.
